A lot of my clients come to me with physical pain, often it's something that was not generated from a physical injury.
It's a pain in the joints, stomach or headaches. You may have bloating, constipation, skin rashes, tiredness and just feel like you are not able to live your best life.
This pain may have been there for weeks, months or years. This pain is caused by inflammation in the body.
What can cause inflammation?
Often what we put in and on our bodies.
The most inflammatory foods are foods containing gluten, dairy and sugar.
Toxins are also hugely inflammatory, as is Stress.
Imagine waking up in the morning with so much energy, breezing through the day and getting into bed at night feeling happy, nourished and content.
